Homeowners within Dutch Creek Village HOA (DCV) may authorize current DCV Board members or another homeowner to vote on their behalf via proxy on matters that arise at the Association’s Annual Meeting. Should you have any questions, please email info@dutchcreekhoa.com.

Through this proxy, the DCV homeowner is providing the member of the Board or authorized homeowner present at said Annual Meeting; the authority to vote on all questions and matters which may arise at the Annual Meeting of the Association.

This proxy revokes all proxies heretofore granted by the homeowner submitting this form. Unless sooner revoked, this proxy shall remain in effect until the final adjournment of the April 17, 2025 membership meeting, or any subsequent date to which and at which the meeting is finally adjourned.
