The west court asphalt surface has been removed. The “trench” between the middle and east courts has been excavated and back-filled with base material. The Dutch Creek Village recreation facility improvement project kicked off this week with the removal of the chain link fence around the west and middle tennis courts. A contract has been signed with Goodland Construction, Inc of Golden, CO for this next phase of improvements. Financing for the construction is in place with Vector Bank. Construction could start as early as October 24, 2011. Click here to view images the Improvement Plan.
