Summer Meet Up

There will be a DCV board of directors meeting on Thursday, May 18 at 8:00 pm. Please contact us if you would like to attend.

There will not be a Board Meeting in November or December, so the next Dutch Creek HOA Board Meeting will be held January 15 at 7:30pm on Microsoft Teams. Please contact us if you are interested in attending so we can send you the link to join the call.

The west court asphalt surface has been removed. The “trench”  between the middle and east courts has been excavated and  back-filled with base material. The base material will be  compacted and then the fence post will be re-set. The trench will be filled with hot asphalt, weather permitting. The concrete drain pan has been installed…

Please be aware that a company is planning to install fiber to provide high-speed internet service in the future.  The notes from a meeting with that company are available here.
