Hello Neighbors,Sadly, we are going to have to cancel the Kona & Cocktails event for tomorrow (6/30). We had a minimum number needed to have the Kona Ice truck and we didn’t get enough participation in the neighborhood to have them come. We are hoping to try and do another gathering later in the summer…

The Leawood Civic Association and Leawood Recreation Park District will be hosting a community meeting to discuss the final design for the proposed Disc Golf Course, which is planned to be added to Kendall Park and Weaver Park. The meeting will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 at Leawood Elementary School from 7:00PM to 9:00PM….

DCV residents can bring your branches up to the pool parking lot on Thursday or Friday this week to shred them.  This is a volunteer effort being spearheaded by Jim Bruzas and it’s impossible for him to do it all on his own, so please plan to lend a hand with any of the branches…
