May Board Meeting

There will be a DCV board of directors meeting on Thursday, October 19 at 8:30 pm. Please contact us if you would like to attend.

There will be a DCV board of directors meeting on Tuesday, September 28 at 7:15 pm.  It will be a Zoom meeting, so if you’d like to join us, let us know and we’ll send you the link.

A contract has been signed with Goodland Construction, Inc of Golden, CO for this next phase of improvements. Financing for the construction is in place with Vector Bank. Construction could start as early as October 24, 2011. Click here to view images the Improvement Plan.

About 7:30 am on July 4th a small SUV crashed through the fence and into the extension to the pool house in which tools and the tractor are stored.  The insurance company has been contacted and we are working with them now to get the necessary repairs made.  No damage was done to the boiler…
