There will be a DCV board of directors meeting on Tuesday, March 29 at 7:30 pm. It will be a Zoom meeting, so if you’d like to join us, let us know and we’ll send you the link.
We will have a community roll off available Saturday, April 18th through Sunday, April 26th in the pool parking lot. The roll off is for DCV HOA residents only and the following items are NOT permitted: Hazardous or electronic waste (e.g. fuels, TVs, refrigerators)
Jefferson County provided this information regarding broadband company access to right-of-way. The HOA is providing access to this information for homeowners in case it is useful.

Anyone driving the DCV streets, especially in Filing I south of the creek and in Filing III, knows that the streets are in poor condition and deteriorating quickly.
