June Board Meeting

The next Dutch Creek HOA Board Meeting will be held March 20 at 7:30pm on Zoom. Please contact us if you are interested in attending so we can send you the Zoom link.

Please note that we will be cancelling the March 30th HOA meeting in accordance with the stay-at-home guidelines currently in place in Colorado.  Additionally, it is likely that we will need to postpone the April 25th Annual Meeting. Please stay tuned for more information on that. 

Please be aware that a company is planning to install fiber to provide high-speed internet service in the future.  The notes from a meeting with that company are available here.

HB22-1137 was signed into law on June 3, 2022 and was effective on August 10, 2022. Parts of the new law require associations, such as Dutch Creek Village HOA, to update their collection, enforcement and conduct policies. We had a minimum number needed to have the Kona Ice truck and we didn’t get enough participation in the neighborhood to have them come.
