Extension for Master Association Annual Dues
We have extended the deadline for submitting your Master Association Assessment invoice this year. With widespread unemployment, and financial uncertainty we felt it prudent to allow an additional 90 days for payment. The new due date for this years assessment is July 1, 2020. Project update – Oct 11, 2011
A contract has been signed with Goodland Construction, Inc of Golden, CO for this next phase of improvements. Financing for the construction is in place with Vector Bank. Construction could start as early as October 24, 2011. Click here to view images the Improvement Plan.
Road Repairs
Just last week the DCV Board made Jeffco aware of the poor conditions of some of our streets. We were notified today that, weather permitting, a crew should be in DCV starting Thursday, April 8 to make some much needed repairs to the roads.
