Jan 27 Board Meeting Summary
To All Homeowners,
In an effort to keep you better informed regarding what’s going on in the neighborhood, the board is going to try to post the highlights of our board meetings within a few days of the meetings. This will allow us to get information to you sooner than we are able to if we wait til the following month to approve the official minutes. The following are the highlights of the January 27 meeting.
Dutch Creek Village HOA
Board Meeting
January 27, 2021
Highlights of Meeting (actual meeting minutes will be posted when they are approved)
- Eileen Parker attended as a homeowner. She noted that she would like to see meeting minutes posted in a more timely manner and would like to have better communications with homeowners.
- The Annual Meeting was discussed. Should it be held live outdoors or via Zoom. General agreement was that we would have to do it Via Zoom. It will be sometime in late April.
- Jim Bruzas reviewed the DCV Grounds Report that he submitted to the board a couple of months ago. He listed things such as tractor maintenance and tree trimming as items that should be budgeted for.
- We began the discussion of next year’s budget.
- We brainstormed ideas about pool opening in the spring. Also discussed a pool credit for not opening the pool last summer.
- Kendra Conrad is looking into the possibility of establishing an ACH account at the bank so residents can make a direct deposit rather than having to write a check.
- There were no items that needed to be voted on.
