Extension for Master Association Annual Dues
We have extended the deadline for submitting your Master Association Assessment invoice this year. With widespread unemployment, and financial uncertainty we felt it prudent to allow an additional 90 days for payment. The new due date for this years assessment is July 1, 2020. Note that this only applies to the Master Association. Filing III assessments are managed by a property management company, and those policies and due dates are solely managed by them.
