Court Project Update
Our court project is officially progressing with final demolition this week, and rebuilding the surface commencing next week (October 9th), if the weather holds out for us.
Thank you all for your patience as we move forward with this project. Once the new surface is poured, we will have approximately a 60 day wait until the courts will be playable.
Equipment, people, and machinery will be entering and exiting the area via the path that runs off of S. Newland Way in the ‘Filing III’ area of our neighborhood.

A few things to look forward to: Fully enclosed courts with key card access (your pool card). A bounce back wall on the multi-sport court, new basketball hoop, 4 square, half court hockey lines and 10 & Under tennis / pickleball lines on the tennis court.
