The HOA has decided to rent a chipper that will be used to make mulch out of residents’ tree limbs that have come down. Please bring the limbs to the pile over by the pool for Memorial Day weekend. Mulch and firewood will be available after Memorial Day weekend for anyone to come and get. If anyone needs assistance with limbs or is able to assist, please contact Jim Bruzas at 720-391-8270.
Jefferson County provided this information regarding broadband company access to right-of-way. The HOA is providing access to this information for homeowners in case it is useful.
