The DCV Annual Meeting for 2020 that was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 25th has been cancelled due to the current situation with COVID-19. We will reschedule the meeting for a date that is yet to be determined.

We will have a community roll off available Saturday, April 18th through Sunday, April 26th in the pool parking lot. The roll off is for DCV HOA residents only and the following items are NOT permitted: Hazardous or electronic waste (e.g. fuels, TVs, refrigerators)

We have extended the deadline for submitting your Master Association Assessment invoice this year. With widespread unemployment, and financial uncertainty we felt it prudent to allow an additional 90 days for payment. The new due date for this years assessment is July 1, 2020. Please note that we will be cancelling the March 30th HOA meeting in accordance with the stay-at-home guidelines currently in place in Colorado.  Additionally, it is likely that we will need to postpone the April 25th Annual Meeting. Please stay tuned for more information on that.
