With a typical Colorado winter we were not able to make much progress on the recreational facilities improvement. The west court asphalt surface has been removed. The “trench” between the middle and east courts has been excavated and back-filled with base material. The Dutch Creek Village recreation facility improvement project kicked off this week with the removal of the chain link fence around the west and middle tennis courts.
