The DCV Annual Meeting for 2020 that was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 25th has been cancelled due to the current situation with COVID-19. We will reschedule the meeting for a date that is yet to be determined.
We will have a community roll off available Saturday, April 18th through Sunday, April 26th in the pool parking lot. The roll off is for DCV HOA residents only and the following items are NOT permitted: Hazardous or electronic waste (e.g. fuels, TVs, refrigerators)
We have extended the deadline for submitting your Master Association Assessment invoice this year. With widespread unemployment, and financial uncertainty we felt it prudent to allow an additional 90 days for payment. The new due date for this years assessment is July 1, 2020. The Dutch Creek HOA swimming pool is closed for the season. It was great to have such nice weather to enjoy the pool one last weekend. We hope everyone had a wonderful time at the pool this summer. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day weekend.
