Trouble makers/Trespassers at the Pool must not be allowed to stay and make it uncomfortable for others!
The posted rules at the pool are expected to be followed. Any resident using the pool has the right to ask trouble makers to show the pool card key. If they don’t have one (or you saw them coming over the fence instead of using a card key), courteously ask them to leave immediately. If they do not, please call the Sheriff’s Department and report trespassing.
Violators can lose the privilege of the pool key card and pool use. Coming over the fence is destructive and disrespectful to all who have paid dues and follow the community rules. Please report any abusers of the rules to the Board of Directors with names and addresses if possible and specific violations so that the parents can be contacted: info@dutchcreekhoa.com.
If you are the parent of adolescents who are going to the pool without you, please have the discussion about responsibility and courtesy to others and following the rules. Vaping of any kind is not allowed as is smoking of any kind, and neither is alcohol or loud music or profanity.
