2022 Resident Letter

Hello Dutch Creek Village Homeowner,
2022-2023 Dues and New Online Pay System: PayHOA
Enclosed is your account statement balance for the 2022-2023 fiscal year due on April 1, 2022. (Note: If you did not receive the letter in the mail and need an account statement, please email kendra@dutchcreekhoa.com). This year we are testing out a new online system to streamline our HOA processes. PayHOA will provide an online interface for homeowners to:
- *Process online payments (processing fees: $1 for ACH or 2.9% + 30¢ for credit card)*
- View current and past invoices
- Submit a request or question
- Update contact information
If you have a valid email in our directory, you should have received an invitation to sign up for an account with PayHOA by 3/1. If you did not receive an email invite, please sign up here.
If you would like to pay as in past years via paper check, please send your payment with the slip from your invoice to:

Reminder: Collection Policy
Please remember that it is important to the operation of our community that dues be paid on time and in full (including any outstanding late fees/fines)! *IF* we have your up-to-date contact information, reasonable attempts will be made to provide reminders via email, followed by 30- and 60-day delinquency notices via mail if necessary. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed each month the dues are not paid in addition to a 12% per annum on the outstanding balance. If any balance becomes more than 90 days delinquent, the account will be sent to collection. Homeowners with an overdue balance will not be allowed access to the HOA recreational facilities. Refer to our HOA policies and procedures document for details.
Annual Meeting
The upcoming Annual Homeowners Meeting will take place Thursday, April 21st 7:30-9:30 p.m. via Zoom (agenda/invite forthcoming). Please RSVP to attend or fill out the online proxy form to make sure your voice is heard.

We are also actively in need of new board members and volunteers as current members’ terms are expiring. Having active participation from the community is vital to keeping our HOA volunteer-run and costs low, so please contact us if you are interested in learning more!
