Filing I & II Residents:We received notification from Waste Connections that they still plan to pick up trash today (Feb 17); however, it may be delayed. Filing III residents’ trash service is not connected to this same account, so this message is only referencing trash collection for homes in Filing I and Filing II.

The west court asphalt surface has been removed. The “trench” between the middle and east courts has been excavated and back-filled with base material. The base material will be compacted and then the fence post will be re-set. The trench will be filled with hot asphalt, weather permitting. The concrete drain pan has been installed…
The DCV Annual Meeting for 2020 that was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 25th has been cancelled due to the current situation with COVID-19. We will reschedule the meeting for a date that is yet to be determined.
