The Pool is Open!

The DCV pool is now open for the summer. Please review the rules below and make sure that any kids (14 & over) are also informed of the rules if they plan to use the pool without adult supervision. As a reminder, only DCV Master Association members, and guests when accompanied by the homeowner, may use the facility. Everyone who has access to the pool has their own proximity key card, so to avoid any unauthorized guests, it is best to have everyone open the gate for themselves, using their own proximity key card.

Unfortunately we are finding some issues with the small pool due to the harsh winter. Some work will likely need to be done in the near future to the pool surfaces and we will keep people updated. We will try to keep at least the large pool available for use while the needed work is scheduled and completed.

Pool Hours
The swimming pool is open from 6am – 9pm during the summer.

The swimming pool opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes following Labor Day weekend.

Pool Access
Each residence is provided with one proximity key to get into the swimming pool. If you need to purchase a new a key, please send an email to info@dutchcreekhoa.com.

* Note: Dues must be paid in full each year for residents to have their key to the pool and courts activated.
