The 2023 Annual Homeowners’ Meeting is set to take place Thursday, April 20th from 8:00pm-10:00pm via Zoom. Zoom meeting info will only be sent out to those who RSVP to attend.
We need everyone to RSVP if you plan to attend, or submit a Proxy if you are unable to attend. The Proxies are important for us to reach a quorum if you can’t attend.
We will be approving the 2022 Annual Meeting minutes at this meeting. Please review the minutes from that meeting here.
A resident recently witnessed two individuals on bicycles who appeared to be taking pictures of the inside of cars parked along the street within Dutch Creek Village. Please do not leave any valuables in cars and make sure your doors are locked. Please report any suspicious behavior to the proper authorities. Let’s all work together…

Hello Neighbors,Sadly, we are going to have to cancel the Kona & Cocktails event for tomorrow (6/30). We had a minimum number needed to have the Kona Ice truck and we didn’t get enough participation in the neighborhood to have them come. We are hoping to try and do another gathering later in the summer…

In observance of Independence Day, Monday July 4th, Waste Connections will be servicing all residential customers on a one-day delay this week, so Filing I & II homes will be serviced on Friday, July 8th.
Please note that we will be cancelling the March 30th HOA meeting in accordance with the stay-at-home guidelines currently in place in Colorado. Additionally, it is likely that we will need to postpone the April 25th Annual Meeting. Please stay tuned for more information on that.
