Friendly Reminder of HOA Bylaws
Dutch Creek Village bylaws do not permit recreational vehicles, trailers, ATVs, or boats to be stored on the street or on any property where they are visible from the street, green spaces, or neighbors yards. If it doesn’t fit in your garage, it needs to be moved out of the community to another storage location. Residents are, however, allowed to have the above items at their home for up to 3 days before and after a trip to allow time to load and unload. As a courtesy to your neighbors, you might let them know ahead of time to expect to see your vehicle there.
