A couple of weeks ago a Planning and Zoning Notice from Jeffco went up in front of the old McDonald’s on Coal Mine Avenue stating that a King Soopers gas station will go up in that location. Because fast food and gas stations are zoned the same, there is no need for a rezoning hearing. So the only way you can let your feelings be known on this matter is to email Fritz Clauson or call him at 303-271-8767.
