Pool Season Comes to an End
The Dutch Creek HOA swimming pool is closed for the season. It was great to have such nice weather to enjoy the pool one last weekend. We hope everyone had a wonderful time at the pool this summer. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day weekend.
Project update – Oct 11, 2011
A contract has been signed with Goodland Construction, Inc of Golden, CO for this next phase of improvements. Financing for the construction is in place with Vector Bank. Construction could start as early as October 24, 2011. Click here to view images the Improvement Plan.
Car Break-In
There was a recent break-in to a vehicle parked along the street in Dutch Creek Village. Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious behavior. Also, remember to lock your car doors and do not leave valuables inside.
