Filing III Homeowners’ Dues Invoices
Sorry for the confusion, but it seems like many of the Filing III invoices got mixed up when stuffing envelopes for this year’s mailing. For the majority of homeowners that had a $0 balance before the latest invoice, please just proceed to pay the standard Filing III 2021-2022 dues amount of $563.64. As long as the name on your check can be matched with the name we have for your HOA account there should be no further issues. Just make sure that you only put the invoice number on your check if you received that correct invoice. For the remaining few that did not have a $0 balance, we will be hand delivering those statements today; if you are not home we will leave those in your mailbox. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
