Recreational Facility Improvements
Fall 2011-Spring 2012
The Board of Directors, along with Frank McKinney (project lead) and Rich Hagan (project architect), have been steadily working on the plan to improve the recreational facilities. During the construction phase of the planned improvements to our recreation facilities this fall some construction equipment will use the Dutch Creek public walkway from South Otis Way and then east on the greenbelt for access to the tennis courts and swimming pool. The contractor will provide for the protection of this area to the extent possible, and for the repair of any damage done during the construction phase. The sidewalk and greenbelt will be returned to original conditions or better. The contractor will be tasked with provided traffic control as required during the construction phase.
