Project update – Oct 11, 2011
A contract has been signed with Goodland Construction, Inc of Golden, CO for this next phase of improvements. Financing for the construction is in place with Vector Bank. Construction could start as early as October 24, 2011. Click here to view images the Improvement Plan.

Pool Courtesies
The pool is getting a lot of use this year. While it is perfectly acceptable to bring friends with you, it can also result in over-crowding at the busiest times. This really isn’t fair to those residents who are paying dues to use the pool. So please limit the number of visitors you bring at…
