Filing III – Annual Dues
In January you will receive an invoice in the mail for your 2017 Filing III HOA dues. At our December meeting, the Board approved an increase of dues from $350/year to $385/year. We have worked carefully to keep our costs under control; it has been 5 years since we last increased our dues. We found a modest increase was necessary to cover increased expenses for Trash pickup, accountant/tax services, as well as future planned work to repair/replace portions of the perimeter fence around the neighborhood.
